As part of our commitment to make work meaningful and grow sustainable communities, Randstad with Heart is our global corporate social responsibility (CSR) program that enables our employees to get involved in their communities, charities or virtually.
In 2023, Randstad Sourceright, Randstad RiseSmart, and Randstad Enterprise Group employees collectively volunteered a total of 2,733 hours across 15 countries! This is over 100 more hours of volunteering than in all of 2022 and more than 1,350 hours than in all of 2021!
how do we do it?
We're all about making it easy for employees to get involved. Not everyone may know where to find local volunteering opportunities, so we connect our folks with a thorough list of charities and groups by country. Employees can then pick something that personally resonates with them. Plus, we're all for supporting off-list places like community centers or places of worship.
We also have a diverse team of Randstad with Heart ambassadors based all over the world who organize in-person volunteering events across various countries. This all culminates in our annual Month of Heart, too.

In addition, we have enabled our internal rewards and recognition tool to offer charitable prizes that resulted in employees planting 852 trees and 279 donations to the World Wildlife Fund.
