TechRepublic: 5 ways to ensure HR tech boosts recruitment.

Smarter, more efficient, better connected. Today’s recruiters have every opportunity to improve their performance through the use of HR technology. Particularly as HR automation is embraced by C-suite and human capital leaders worldwide.
