Directing and managing large size multi-country/regional/global implementation projects. The Global Project Manager has a high degree of independence and deals with Global level stakeholders, workers and/or profiles. As a Global Project Manager within our Global Transformation Office, you will be the driving force behind large-scale, strategic initiatives. You are a recognized subject matter expert working at a strategic level to oversee and advise on complex global issues. You will operate with high autonomy, navigating senior-level stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to deliver projects that shape the future of our business.

- Directing and managing full end-to-end multi-country, regional, implementation projects.
- Serving as the lead point of contact during the implementation.
- Identifying and mitigating implementation risks and issues while providing a strict audit trail of accountability.
- Project managing, coaching, and mentoring to support the implementation of monday.com.
your responsibilities include
Project Management
- Project/Program management and facilitation of cross border multi regional or global implementations
- Analyses client current state and establishes the best plan of action for implementation, including scope of implementation (different phases or waves) and appropriate timelines
- Identifies and mitigates risks and issues and provides an audit trail of accountability
- Provides regular status reports to the RSR Global stakeholders and Client Project and Global Stakeholders, as well as Technology Partner key stakeholders
- Provides consultation to ensure awareness, service practices and procedures
- Assesses, plans and implements appropriate implementation approach with required Workstream lead for related services in line with project deliverables
- Ensures contractual documentation is completed in a timely manage to ensure the project remains on track
- Creates project management tools in smartsheet and google to support the implementation and makes sure project team is updating relevant documentation
Technical Skills
- Methodologies: Deep knowledge of LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) and G Suite, Monday.com
- Industry Insight: Staffing and Recruitment Industry, familiar/knowledge with RPO/MSP trends and recruitment systems (ATS, VMS, CRM).
Leadership & People Management
- Manages the activities of the project related implementation team
- Provides mentorship to the team members and management as well as cross-training to other teams as required
- Audits service quality and educates teams regarding processes and procedures during implementation
- Is the first point of escalation for Global stakeholders
- Provide training when necessary for the purpose of improving skills or teaching new ones
- Conduct meetings to promote deliverable and inform on project updates
- Provide insight into capacity planning for the team
Support Global Transformation Office/Management
- Adheres to guidelines, best practices and toolkits for functional implementation
- Initiates and drives continuous improvements in the way-of-working, tools, methods and solution concepts
- Liaises with the systems implementation team responsible for the implementation to ensure the technology fully supports the process
- Is the first point regarding implementation
your background
basic qualifications
- Bachelor or University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics or relevant business experience
- > 5 years’ experience in project management managing complex implementations
- Experience with Monday.com
preferred qualifications / key capabilities
- Evidence of a high level project management knowledge
- Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance process within a fast-paced business environment
- Awareness of change management methodology (Adkar, Kubler Ross Change Curve etc.)
- Good analytical, conceptual, process-oriented, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to "think and act promptly" and positively influence tasks under time pressure
- Strong and open communicator, both verbally and in writing, with excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to review ongoing and proposed programs and projects
- Strategic thinking and excellent understanding and ability to drive transformation projects
- Good understanding of cultural differences between countries and sensitive in managing virtual teams
- Demonstrated skills in Monday.com, Smartsheet
