• Manages calendars, meetings, and travel logistics, ensuring schedules, materials, and rooms are secured on time.
• Coordinates document preparation, formatting, and version control, maintaining shared drives and consistent naming conventions. Processes purchase requests, invoices, and expense reports with correct coding and timely follow-up on approvals.
• Maintains trackers, dashboards, and contact lists; prepares recurring status updates and simple summaries for stakeholders.
• Supports onboarding and offboarding checklists, access requests, and essential orientation materials.
• Responds to routine inquiries, routes issues to the right owners, and helps improve standard templates and admin processes
• Assists in the preparation of budgets and expenses tracking for the executive teamGrade Descriptor
• Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
• Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs structured work assignments related to discipline
• Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems
• Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles
