The Role: Sourcing Recruiter
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you are the engine of our recruitment process. You will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies and building a robust talent pipeline for a high-volume, complex tech account.
Your primary focus is the candidate experience. You will act as the key point of contact for talent, ensuring a professional and engaging journey from the first connection to the final submission.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be part of a large scale Software Engineering recruitment team based across Europe. As a Sourcing Recruiter you will partner with a Recruitment Business Partner and take the lead on Candidate sourcing & management.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective and passive candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Conduct vacancy intakes with hiring managers to understand "hard" and "soft" requirements, then translate those into advanced search queries.
- Assessment: Review CVs, conduct remote interviews, and perform verbal reviews of qualifications to determine the best fit for our client.
- Market Intelligence: Use database mining, Google, LinkedIn, and social networks to find hidden talent.
- Data Management: Maintain real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline transparency.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have a background in recruiting or sourcing and a mastery of various sourcing methodologies. Prior experience of working in a high volume fast paced environment is essential.
- Background: Experience of recruiting or sourcing in the Software Engineering domain for skills in AI, Machine Learning or Android across Full-Stack, Back-End and Embedded roles.
- Tech-Savvy: You are a strong web searcher with excellent skills in Google for Business, Microsoft Office, and CRM/ATS systems.
- Inquisitive: You have a natural "Information Seeking" mindset—you dig deeper and ask probing questions to find the right match.
- Results-Driven: You are motivated by meeting challenging performance goals and improving service quality based on feedback.
- Educated: Ideally, you hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experience
