Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to manage a high touch Client Referral Program
how you will contribute
As the primary owner of the Client Hiring Referral program, you will serve as a critical liaison connecting employee referrers, referred candidates, recruiting teams, and senior business leaders. You will deliver high-touch, white-glove candidate experiences while ensuring high-volume referral pipelines are efficiently tracked, engaged, and moved seamlessly through the hiring process.
your typical day includes
- Managing the Client Referral Inbox, delivering swift, consultative communication to inquiries within a 24-hour SLA.
- Engaging referral candidates to confirm interest, track licensing progress, verify location preferences, and prepare them for upcoming hiring classes.
- Maintaining a comprehensive referral tracking matrix to ensure total data integrity and smooth progression across all recruiting stages.
- Preparing candidate slates, interview feedback summaries, and prioritization materials for executive hiring roundtables.
your responsibilities include
- Providing executive-level support for high-priority referrals sourced from Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Financial Advisors, and senior leadership.
- Flagging and recommending top referral talent for specialty, niche, or hard-to-fill positions.
- Providing weekly pipeline analytics and strategic updates directly to leadership teams.
- Supporting internal mobility transfers into the program and managing candidate disposition and feedback communications.
your background
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition support, recruiting coordination, or full-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated background supporting senior and executive stakeholders while managing complex, high-volume candidate pipelines.
- High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Excel, Outlook, and video recruiting software
- Experience supporting employee referral initiatives, class hiring, or financial services/wealth management recruiting is highly preferred.

Pay for this role is between$30/hr-$42/hr USD
In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
