About the Role
We are currently looking for an Expert Talent Advisor to join our team in an RPO model. In this embedded role, you will act as a dedicated talent partner for a leading science and technology company based in Warsaw.
As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will act as a strategic partner in a dynamic talent market, using data insights and market knowledge to craft future-proof talent strategies. You will be aligned with a specific client program, working within a global community where you can learn, collaborate, and grow professionally. In this role, your expertise will help get life-saving medicines into communities and put the right technology in place to connect the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, taking complete ownership from initial sourcing through to the final offer stage.
- Screen shortlisted candidates to ensure an excellent and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a single point of contact by cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders, including Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clearly define talent needs, diagnose problems, and develop viable, sustainable business solutions.
- Track key recruitment metrics, monitor regular performance scorecards to ensure all KPIs are met, and create advanced reports to shape the client's overall talent strategy.
- Leverage a wide variety of modern recruitment platforms, systems, and tools, ensuring compliance with program standards while driving innovation
What You Bring
- Several years of proven experience operating as a full-scope end to end recruiter.
- A strong, demonstrated track record of sourcing and placing top talent into niche roles within pharma, medical, healthcare, R&D, and clinical trials.
- Focus on finding and developing unique opportunities to create value, address challenges and propose creative ideas.
- A natural curiosity and the ability to interpret data from market insights and internal sources to identify trends, solve complex problems, and optimize processes.
- A demonstrated track record of understanding client needs, communicating complex information with clarity, and translating business goals into effective talent acquisition strategies.
