• Analyzes the effectiveness of enterprise enablement programs for ongoing optimization, using data-driven insights to adapt to client-specific talent acquisition, development, and transition needs
• Partners with marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, content creation, and lead generation, ensuring solutions reflect industry-specific and client-relevant insights
• Assesses and refines enablement programs to ensure they align with company goals and deliver measurable results
• Monitors tool integrations and optimizes performance for sales teams, ensuring seamless access to enterprise-specific tools and technologies that support talent intelligence, workforce solutions, and CRM accuracy
• Assists in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise sales effectiveness strategies and programs to address the unique business and people challenges of large-scale, global clients across varied industries
• Drives process improvements and best practices regionally, providing CRM support to the commercial organization
• Identifies and prioritizes key areas for sales enablement support, including training, content development, and process improvement, addressing the specific requirements of global, long-term client engagementsGrade Descriptor
• Requires specialized conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline or field and comprehensive understanding of related disciplines
