The MSP Admin role is required to support the end-to-end MSP process and ensure smooth delivery of the contingent workforce program, working closely with the PMO team and acting as a liaison between hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role involves supporting headcount management and all backend operational activity while maintaining accurate VMS data while ensuring compliance with program SLAs and KPIs. The role ensures smooth execution of pre-boarding and post-onboarding activities while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across the worker lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage headcount tracking, compliance, reporting and stakeholder support.Support work order creation, onboarding documentation, and background check coordinationHandle end-to-end worker lifecycle activities such as onboarding, contract extensions, manager changes, cost center updates, and offboardingManage timesheet submissions, expense approvals, and invoice validations within the VMSEnsure accuracy and completeness of VMS data, maintaining proper documentation and compliance recordsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submissions, documentation, and timecard entriesPerform mailbox management and respond to queries from vendors and internal stakeholdersGenerate and maintain operational reports , including preparing headcount. cost and tenure reports validating data accuracy across systemsActing as the point the contact by hiring manager, HR and finance to resolve queries related to headcount data and system records.Work Experience:2-3 years of experience in MSP operations.Strong MSP OPS experience including headcount management, onboarding and offboarding, extensions, cost center and location etc. and understanding of VMS in detail.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple clients.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) - VNDLYStrong proficiency in Google Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, and analysis)Good understanding of contingent workforce processes and lifecycle managementStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and complianceExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while adhering to program guidelinesIs this the job for you?
