How You Will Contribute
As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic partner to our client’s Hiring Managers. You will perform various aspects of the recruitment cycle, including requisition intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with global colleagues to execute recruitment strategies that produce quality hires.
Your Typical Day Includes
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Performing intake calls and providing regular updates on assigned requisitions.
- Candidate Management: Managing candidate pools, including internal, ad response, and direct sourced candidates.
- Goal Tracking: Executing actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly account hiring goals while monitoring performance scorecards.
- Compliance: Ensuring all requisition activity is properly documented to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Developing recruiting and sourcing plans and using tools to increase candidate pipelines.
- Using independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes and professional profiles.
- Building qualified candidate profiles and determining the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables.
- Participating in special projects to enhance service offerings to existing and anticipated clients.
- Executing candidate care strategies to facilitate a positive candidate experience.
Your Background
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
- Experience: 1 – 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year as a full-cycle recruiter.
- Relationship Management: Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with hiring managers.
- Alternative Experience: 18 months as a Talent Sourcing or Assessment Specialist.

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated success in generating candidate pipelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Base Salary: $64,0000 - $96,000 (Hourly RPO contractor position). Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
