What you will do:
As a Talent Advisor, you will go beyond traditional recruitment to become a trusted consultant to the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultative advisor to senior business leaders and hiring managers, guiding them through complex talent acquisition strategies and shaping hiring decisions.

End-to-End Talent Strategy: Lead the recruitment lifecycle for specialized, niche, and senior-level profiles across Poland, tailoring bespoke solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Market Intelligence & Data: Leverage advanced analytics, market insights, and talent mapping to advise stakeholders on labor market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive landscaping.

Advanced Sourcing: Design and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage and attract highly sought-after passive talent.

Excellence in Execution: Deliver a white-glove, premium experience for both clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous process optimization.

Proven Expertise: Extensive end-to-end experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in managing complex, senior, or specialized technical recruitment.
