We are looking for Senior Sourcing Recruiters to join our client from banking sector.
Location: Working hybrid from Cracow - 2 days pr week for the clients office
Start date: tbc mid May-June
What you will do:
- You will manage the sourcing process for our tech vacancies.
- Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners
- Source top tech talent across EMEA
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements
What we would like you to have:
- Previous end to end experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment
- Experienced sourcing passive IT profiles preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
- Being proactive, autonomous.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sourcing skills
