Customer Service Representative
We are recruiting for this role on behalf of our client Merck Business Solutions Europe, a global science and technology company based in Wroclaw. This role operates on a hybrid work model in an international environment, with an initial full-office onboarding period, followed by two days per week in the office.

YOUR ROLE
In your role as a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and web with professionalism and care. You will take ownership of the full order cycle — from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation — all within a dynamic, international team environment.
Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless. This role is based in our local office with standard contact center hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CET.
WHO YOU ARE
• Excellent command of English is essential, other European languages encouraged
• A focus on producing accurate, high-quality work and take full ownership of each customer interaction • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and master digital tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
