Change Manager (contract)

As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in directing, designing, and planning change management initiatives. Your work enables desired organizational change with positive benefits and minimal disruption to business processes. You will use a framework approach to manage projects that modify structure and procedure, particularly regarding Human Capital Management.
your typical day includes
... - Planning and Execution: Developing detailed project plans to define timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.
- Assessment and Analysis: Following Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct current-state assessments, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Creating and delivering communications, training, and transition plans for managers and employees.
- Strategic Support: Providing input to strategic decisions and potentially assisting with budget development for your functional area.
- Monitoring: Establishing post-implementation monitoring to measure results and make necessary course corrections.
your responsibilities include
- Directly supporting the Business Architecture team during implementations and providing coaching/consultation to program teams.
- Managing change management approach, delivery, measurement, and reporting specifically for RSR implementations.
- Conducting workshops with clients to identify key initiatives across business processes, programs, and technology design.
- Supporting project workstream owners to identify change impacts across multiple areas, including technology, workforce, and partners.
- Developing and presenting key outputs, tools, and documentation for executives and project stakeholders.
your background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Project Management or Organizational Change education/certification is highly encouraged.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Change/Organizational Management and 2+ years of RPO or Human Capital consulting experience.
- Expertise: Large amount of experience in transformation, organizational design, and leading global change initiatives for large/mega-sized organizations.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience supporting technology initiatives involving ERP, VMS, or Procurement Service software.

- Certifications: Change Management certification (Prosci or comparable) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Client Focus: A consultative approach with strong customer service skills.
- Quality Mindset: Detail-oriented with a focus on continually initiating system and process improvements.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

- Internal: Business Architecture team, program team members, and project workstream owners.
- External: Clients (through workshops) and nationwide vendors or retailers.
- Leadership: Executives and project stakeholders.

Base Salary: $93,600 - 145,600 (Hourly contractor position).
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
