We are looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to join our global talent marketing team. In this role, you will act as the strategic architect behind our campaigns. You will partner with client management teams to understand your client's hiring needs, design the solution, and brief our specialised Performance Team to execute against your strategy.
What you’ll do- Strategic Planning: Consult with client stakeholders to build annual and ad-hoc attraction strategies, ensuring we are targeting the right talent pools with the right media mix.
- Directing Execution: Act as the primary link between the client stakeholders and our Performance Team. You will translate client goals into clear, technical briefs that allow the Performance Team to handle the activation and optimise effectively.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Partner with Client Partners and Recruitment teams to align our media strategies with broader recruitment goals. You will be the voice of expertise, guiding them on where and how to spend their budget.
- Data Storytelling: While the Performance Team manages the data tracking and reporting, you own the narrative. You will use tools like Domo and Looker Studio to analyse the results and present strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
- Creative Alignment: Work with our in-house Creative team to ensure the assets we build are aligned with the campaigns and media channels you have selected.
- Innovation: Always drive innovation and process improvements to keep us ahead of the curve in recruitment marketing.

- Advanced Communication Skills: Because you are often the bridge between Clients, our Client Management teams and other teams within Talent Marketing across the globe, your written and spoken English must be exceptional. You must be able to write clear, unambiguous briefs for technical teams and persuasive presentations for clients.
- Strategic "Recruitment Marketing" Knowledge: You understand the candidate journey and the digital landscape (Paid Social, Google Ads & Programmatic tools). You know how these channels work well enough to strategy them, even if you aren't the one pushing the buttons.
- Stakeholder Confidence: Proven experience managing senior expectations and "selling" a strategy to a client with proven experience working and collaborating with external vendors.
- Working Cloud-Based: Comfortable working with cloud based workspaces (e.g. Google Suite).
- Previous Experience: You may have held roles such as Recruitment Marketing Manager, Performance Media Manager, Digital Media Manager, Global Media Manager, Digital Media Strategist or Digital Campaign Manager.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of technical implementation (e.g., Pixel creation, feed mapping) to better understand the Performance Team’s workflow.
- Experience working with Programmatic Vendors (e.g. Joveo & Gaia) on a strategic level.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
