We are looking for a Talent Advisor who will help us support our client in the agricultural sector. As a Talent Advisor working with this industry leading, bio-tech company you will be part of a dynamic team working in a hybrid model in Enkhuizen. Three days on site are essential.
In this role, you will create an excellent end to end experience recruiting in a blue collar environment. As a Talent Advisor, you will bring the client experience to life for its stakeholders and be a guide and advisor to the client’s hiring community. You will need to be proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Key stakeholder management and engagement
- Effectively managing blue collar requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
- Effectively managing and utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Improving recruitment and selection processes and help the continuous innovation to attract the best talent
What you need to bring:
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting in blue collar industries
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment methodologies including local strategies
- Confident working in a fast paced, demanding industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Process-oriented mind-set
- Attention to detail with a concern for quality
- Willingness to learn new things
- Can-do attitude
- Speak Dutch and English fluently
