• Acts as a point of contact for senior client stakeholders and hiring managers on critical and high volume hiring and acts as a trusted advisor on hiring requirements, relevant candidate and market information, interview and selection process
• Ensures robust control systems and processes are in place to comply with all relevant labor ordinances and regulations, while staying up-to-date with best practices in blue-collar staffing
• Works with the team to ensure that weekly/ monthly recruitment KPIs and targets are achieved, and re-evaluates sourcing strategies as needed
• Acts as the recruiting expert by delivering market intelligence and insights specifically related to blue-collar staffing trends to clients and candidates
• Leads and mentors a team of senior talent sourcers, providing guidance and support in achieving their individual and team targets
• Develops and implements effective high-volume sourcing strategies tailored to attract temporary workers within specialized fields, focusing on blue collar profiles
• Develops and delivers quarterly business review process and ensures strong commercial outcomes Grade Descriptor
• In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines
• Provides management and direction to professional employees may occasionally manage supervisors or managers
• Has accountability for the budget/P&L, performance and results of a team or multiple diverse teams

• Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines; may lead formulation and monitoring of policy and professional standards
