As a strategic Talent Advisor, you will leverage your commercial mindset to drive a premier MSP program and deliver data-driven hiring solutions in a high-impact, consultative environment.
In this full-time role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager and main point-of-contact for our biotech client. The role is responsible for requisition fulfillment and relationship management with staffing suppliers and hiring managers to maintain our strategic partnership and promote program growth.

- Collaborate with internal MSP consultants and direct source recruiters to prioritize cost-effective talent delivery and maximize program profitability
- Manage the end-to-end requisition process and timely fulfillment of staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, staffing suppliers and internal teams
- Act as point of contact for contingent workforce
- Maximize all opportunities to expand client relationships and MSP services
What you need to bring:
- Ability to work onsite full-time at client facility in Portsmouth, NH
- Proven experience with VMS technology (VNDLY preferred) and requisition fulfillment.
- 3+ years of staffing industry, Life Sciences HR, or MSP experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates
- A high sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- A flexible "can-do" attitude
- Strong work ethic and motivation for personal success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

The base salary for this role is $83,200-$93,600
