ABSL Summit 2026

Wrocław, Poland | June 17-19, 2026

Join Randstad Enterprise at the ABSL Summit 2026 in Wrocław, where leaders from business, politics, academia and public institutions will come together to explore how organizations can navigate uncertainty and turn disruption into opportunity.

Organized by the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), this year’s summit, themed “Know the Unknown,” will focus on the future of business services, workforce transformation, AI, leadership and resilience in an increasingly unpredictable world. Through keynote sessions, debates, learning capsules and networking opportunities, attendees will gain fresh perspectives on the forces reshaping the future of work and business operations.

We are excited to be part of the conversation and to contribute insights on how organizations can build more agile, skills-based workforce strategies to adapt to rapid market change.

During the conference, Randstad Enterprise’s Peter Töpler, Global Head of Intelligence Advisory, will lead two high-impact sessions designed to help HR and business leaders navigate volatility through task- and skill-based work redesign. Additionally, Edyta Janas, Senior Client Partner at Randstad, will co-moderate a high-level roundtable addressing regional workforce policy and competitiveness.
