Technical Talent Advisor
Join our team as a Technical Talent Advisor and become a strategic partner for our clients. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent strategies that meet their specific needs and adapt to market conditions. Your primary responsibility is to successfully fill open positions, taking ownership of the entire recruitment process and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on sourcing strategies.
- Recruitment Execution: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial intake calls to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline, utilizing various methodologies.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share market insights with both internal teams and hiring managers to inform recruitment strategies.
- Performance Management: Meet or exceed hiring goals, track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate pool, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Project Involvement: Participate in special projects to enhance service offerings and address client needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for IT infrastructure services (cloud, enterprise, AI, security, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (AIRS, Adler Group, etc.).
- Proven ability to understand client needs and develop effective candidate generation strategies.
- Strong candidate screening and presentation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure recruiting environment (RPO, agency, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM systems.
