As a Strategic Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that we attract the right talent to achieve our business objectives. Working closely with our Global Capability Centre (GCC), you will build strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates, leveraging our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to nurture and engage top talent.

... - Conduct precise market research to identify emerging talent trends in specific locations and specialisms, providing insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to create external talent pools and succession plans for critical roles, ensuring the business is future-ready.
- Partner with the Global Capability Centre (GCC) to source, screen, and deliver top-quality profiles aligned with business needs.
- Implement inclusive, consistent, and innovative talent acquisition processes to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, tailoring recruitment strategies to meet specific business needs.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, offshore teams, and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify and qualify candidates who align with the company’s “success DNA.”
- Contribute to delivering the Talent Centre of Excellence (TCoE) Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) strategy.
your profile
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing for passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, such as sourcing strategies, ATS platforms, and employer branding methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
- A track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a global organization with culturally diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and at least Dutch, French, or German.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies and reporting tools is a plus.
