As an Online Staffing Specialist - Screener, you will manage the first step of the applicant process. You will review all resumes, identifying the best candidates based on defined criteria.
Successful candidates will ensure all applicants are carefully considered and assessed in a timely manner, contributing to an overall positive candidate experience.

● Lead candidates through initial stages of application process
● Recruitment process compliance and system administration
● Collaborate on special projects
What you need to bring:
● BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
● At least 18 months in HR, staffing or a corporate environment
● At least 1 year experience in process improvement and analytics
● Familiarity with office productivity tools and web based recruiting technologies
● Ability to navigate ambiguity, business changes, and shifts in priorities
● Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
● Proven ability to work within a team environment
