We are looking for new team members for this German-speaking team - handling recruitment processes for one of our biggest international clients from the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Job ad publication (mix of white and blue-collar roles for internships and apprenticeships)
• Briefing calls with client’s Hiring Managers
• Screening applications and assessing candidates
• Preparing shortlists of successful candidates and presenting them to Hiring Managers
• Collecting feedback from Manager and advising them on the market
• Managing successful candidates and extending offers
• Significant ATS administration with our internal and client teams

Who we are looking for:

• Previous corporate experience (we don’t require recruitment experience - you can come from e.g. administrative or customer-facing roles)
• Track record of handling spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy in client-facing data/reporting
• Fluency in German and English
• Proactivity and ability to plan ahead - good organizational skills
• Stakeholder management skills - to represent Randstad Sourceright externally in a professional way
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-4 times a month in the Budapest office) ...
