Senior Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: Budapest, Hungary
This Senior Learning and Development Coordinator role is vital to the success of our Global Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for the smooth organization and management of our programs, ensuring an excellent experience for both learners and facilitators. This includes tasks such as planning schedules across various time zones, coordinating facilitators, managing participant data, and maintaining effective communication throughout the learning process. You will also contribute to optimizing L&D processes, analyzing program data, and providing insights to drive our learning strategy and achieve measurable results.
purpose of the job
- To support the Global L&D team in the planning, organization, communication and coordination of learning and development activities across the global business. Be a partner to the Manager team, sharing key insights that inform our decision making in delivering against the Global L&D strategy
responsibilities
- people management responsibility (direct) of the Learning Coordinator
- Program Scheduling & Logistics: In partnership with the program leads and program facilitators to meticulously plan and manage program schedules across multiple time zones.
- Communicate effectively with learners, their managers, relevant business stakeholders and team members to create a seamless and engaging user experience and provide timely updates & support
- Problem solving: proactively collects information, investigates issues and provides insights and solutions to challenges
- Process Optimization: Enhance and embed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning programs, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions.
- Workflow Streamlining & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Participant Tracking: Maintain systems, trackers and central storage areas, enhancing data integrity inline with data governance best practices whilst improving data relevance & accessibility
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Generate meaningful insights from data analysis and create reports to inform the L&D team's decision-making and shape learning strategy.
- Dashboarding: Manages the Learning dashboards leveraging Google Looker Studios or other applicable software platforms

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
- experienced in optimizing processes from an operational perspective
- Experience in developing and maintaining SAAS data dashboards (Google Looker Studio experience highly valued)

- You have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, are comfortable liaising and working with senior stakeholders and have a customer first mindset.
- You are fast paced, can work at speed and use initiative to find workarounds, are comfortable working independently and are able to make decisions as required to ensure obstacles are swiftly worked through.
