As a Screener, this professional will participate in profile alignment meetings with managers/recruiters to understand the position. They will be responsible for screening the resumes registered on the recruitment platform, validating the profiles within the vacancy, as well as checking them within the system. After validating the resume, they will send the validated profiles to the responsible recruiter. In addition, they will justify the reason for approval/rejection of the candidates. For this role, the professional must have knowledge of recruitment and staffing (R&S), profile seniority and understanding of positions. It is necessary to be comfortable with tools (from the client), Google Sheets and presentations. Advanced/fluent knowledge of English is required.
