We are looking for a new colleague to an excellent team dedicated to supporting the recruitment process for our prestigious client from the tech world.
Our Screening team is responsible for selecting candidates meeting desired requirements for open roles at our client's company. The team consists of colleagues speaking different languages as they cover applications from and for a variety of countries.

Everyday tasks:
- team meeting in the morning to discuss priorities and workload
- receiving bunch of role to work on
- learning about job requirements
- screening incoming applications
- recommending candidates meeting the requirements
- thanking candidates who don’t meet job requirements for taking part in the process
- ad hoc tasks: filling out reports, preparing presentations, conducting trainings for colleagues
Who we are looking for:
- previous experience as a Screener or Recruitment Coordinator is a plus
- familiarity with IT/tech terminology would be an asset
- fluency in English and another European language
our priority: German, French and/or Spanish
our second priority: any Nordic language, Italian
- ability and willingness to work in a team - we value team players who bring positive vibes to the team
- previous experience with working with numbers (SLAs/KPIs)
- prepared for working under pressure from time to time
- based in or close to Warsaw - we work remotely at the moment, but once the office in Warsaw is ready, the team will be required to visit the office
