We're seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team as part of our Recruitment on Demand (ROD) program (initially a 6-month contract, with scope for extension or future roles within the group) for a new client in Warsaw, Poland (2 days/week at the client office in Warsaw required). In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our client's recruitment process and you will be the central point of interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do:
... - Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments between hiring managers and candidates.
- Send out candidate and hiring manager surveys to gather valuable feedback.
- Maintain excellent, timely, and high-quality communication with all parties involved.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in managing their interview schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader team.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in HR or/and recruitment and hospitality field would be a plus
- Confident, organized, and comfortable to handle last minute cases
- Flexible and motivated/ambitious to learn new things
- Team player and good at adapting to the changes
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
