join our Global Performance Media Team and take ownership of strategic paid media campaigns that drive measurable impact for our company and clients. What you will do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (search and display).
- Develop data-driven strategies to achieve KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, cost-per-acquisition, and engagement metrics, while conducting audience research to enhance targeting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with social media advertising vendors to create compelling ad assets and ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively.
- Leverage advanced techniques, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and A/B testing, to maximize campaign performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, continuously applying best practices to drive innovation in paid advertising.
What you will bring:
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (experience with Reddit, Snapchat, or TikTok is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of advertising best practices and audience targeting, with a clear understanding of channel-specific differences.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and extract insights using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and collaborating to optimize campaign performance (preferred).
- Proven organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and budgets of up to $50K globally (agency experience preferred).
- Relevant certifications, such as Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, LinkedIn Fundamentals, or Google Ads (preferred).
