To providing the client with a specialist MSP solution based on their
bespoke service offering as per the client contract. Managing and controlling all aspects of sourcing/recruitment within the client company. Liaising and
interfacing with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to add value to the recruitment process. AS Operations Manager , you will involve managing a team of “MSP Consultant” to achieve operational outcomes within established systems, providing direction and guidance, and ensuring the team is well-equipped and trained. You will be responsible for:
... - Guiding the Delivery team with necessary knowledge, training, and support.
- Ensuring solutions meet budget and time goals while monitoring P&L and participating in budgeting processes.
- Coaching and mentoring the team for service level excellence and continuous improvement.
- Leading a motivated, high-performing team and managing vendors and stakeholders effectively.
- Developing strong client relationships, managing expectations, and aligning resourcing strategies.\
- Refining client processes for workflow efficiency and account performance to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
- Identifying and meeting customer needs with a focus on outcomes.
- Developing independent solutions with a strong understanding of the business environment, maintaining high standards and quality.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in handling a variety of situations and advising others.
- Background in the recruitment industry, particularly in a delivery role.
- Strong track record of managing and motivating teams.
- On-site work experience is highly advantageous.
- International experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with in-house client systems (such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and vendor management/application tracking systems is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of management.
- Ability to develop and implement business plans and recruitment strategies.
- Experience in researching complex issues and recommending actions.
- Skilled in planning and managing resources to achieve objectives set by senior managers.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
