As an Onsite Interview Concierge you are responsible for administration and operational support of the interview recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Responsibilities include:
- Candidate and hiring manager engagement activities during onsite interviews
- Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support both for onsite interviews and video interviews being conducted at the office location
- Managing logistics for candidates traveling onsite for interviews - including directions, parking and other entry logistics to the office locations
- Assist with setting up laptops for presentations or exercises
- Quickly pivot for any last minute challenges that may be encountered, minimizing candidate exposure to whatever extent possible
- Collaborate on special projects
Position Requirements:
Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment coordination support, meeting scheduling and administration and/or customer service experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem solving and logical reasoning skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Track record of proven results

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $52,760-$66,560, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
