The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, storytelling finesse, and the ability to synthesize primary and secondary research across industries and geographies. You’ll interpret economic trends, analyze macro indicators, and deliver high-impact advisory outputs that drive strategic decisions, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
đź§ Key Responsibilities
• Synthesize insights across industries, geographies, and stakeholder inputs to uncover strategic patterns
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and secondary desk research to gather structured data
• Derive and validate hypotheses using forecast models and secondary data
• Identify market trends and macroeconomic data from sources like OECD, World Bank, BLS, Eurostat, IMF
• Build strategic reports that deliver “so what” storytelling and “aha” moments for clients
• Create client-ready presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Present research findings in client meetings and workshops with clarity and confidence
• Use Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides to analyze and visualize data
• Analyze macroeconomic indicators (GDP, inflation, unemployment) and infer strategic implications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape advisory deliverables
🎯 Your Expertise
• 3 to 5 years in consulting, strategy research, or market intelligence
• Strong secondary and primary research capabilities
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills to simplify complex ideas
• Proficient in data and trend analysis and pattern recognition
• Experience in building client-ready reports and workshop decks
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and client query resolution
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Solid understanding of economic fundamentals (GDP, inflation, etc.)
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in talent strategy, advisory, intelligence, or workforce planning
• Familiarity with white papers, syndicated reports, and thought leadership studies
• Exposure to global markets and comparative benchmarking
• Proficient in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and labor market tools (optional)
• Proven client-facing experience with senior stakeholder engagement
• Skilled in developing dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools
