As Talent Specialist - Screener, you are responsible for proactively reviewing candidates to determine if they meet the requirements and job experience. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
