- Recruitment & Selection Assistant
- Jr, Intermediate and Senior R&S Analyst
Main Responsibilities
- Execute the entire recruitment process, from the alignment of vacancies with the manager to the conclusion of the process with the offer accepted by the candidate: Through control and monitoring methodologies
- Supporting the improvement of the client's R&S strategies: By presenting new concepts in an innovative way
- Increasing internal customer satisfaction (Hiring Manager): By organizing and planning structured selection processes
- Increasing candidate satisfaction: By structuring selection processes with constant communication and feedback
- Preserving the client's employer brand: Through Employer Branding actions and a selection process that is in line with the company's values.
Job requirements
- Higher education: Open (currently studying)
Experience
- 1 year experience in recruitment
Technical knowledge
- Computer skills (Office Package: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook): Knowledge
- Experience with Recruitment & Selection: 1 years experience
