While our Budapest center is just beginning its journey, we bring a strong foundation from our established hub in Hyderabad. As we scale up in Hungary, we're looking for passionate professionals who want to grow with us and make an impact from day one in a remote /hybrid setup.
As an Internal Talent Partner, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. You'll work closely with international recruitment teams to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across Europe—delivering top-tier profiles that align with both skill requirements and company culture.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruitment specialists across Europe to align sourcing strategies
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to stay ahead of hiring trends
- Deliver quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit
- Monitor conversion rates and ensure timely submissions of high-potential candidates
- Validate candidate expectations and ensure alignment with compensation structures
- Maintain sourcing trackers to track performance and progress
- Uphold service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks
What You Bring;
- Fluency in French and English communication skills 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume settings
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, energetic attitude
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday is a strong plus
- A collaborative spirit—you thrive in a team that supports and lifts each other up
