Team Lead -
Responsibilities:
● Help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
● Management of individual performance to assess volume of workload and quality of output
● Coach, mentor, and motivate team members
● Provide day-to-day team oversight
● Develop client relationships to provide innovative solutions and continuous improvement
● Monitor account activities to ensure compliance and quality
● Provide support and collaborate with recruiters, sourcers and coordinators
● Coordinate and facilitate all employee on-boarding activities
● Assist with recruitment process compliance and system administration
● Assess and audit quality of work according to established metrics, goals and expected performance levels for all team members; provide feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with Manager
● Identify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamline efficiencies
● Act as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and provide recommended next steps
● Collaborate on special projects
● May act as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates recruiting plans and timelines
● Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly account goals
● Regularly monitor and motivate team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being met
● Act as gatekeeper for process documentation and assist Manager with reporting
● Ensure that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking
● Maintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologies
● Act as backup to the Manager in communicating with clients and team members
● Overall influence and accountability to the success of our partnerships
Impact:
● Erroneous decisions may possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time; human resources, and funds
Liaison:
● Occasional contact with higher level inter-organizational associates concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Attend briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
● Interface with and develop strong relationships with team, possible client contacts and account leadership
Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience
3+ years in RPO environment

Job Requirements
● Strong customer focus and customer service skills
● Prior RPO Administration experience is required
● Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
● Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
● Track record of high achievement
● Demonstrated success working on teams
● Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
● Ability to take direction and execute a plan
● Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Technical Requirements
Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools.
