how you will contribute
The global B2B sales enablement program aims to help the Randstad local markets improve their ranking, authority, and conversion of business contacts from online sources within our fields of service. By producing relevant content for the right decision-makers based on buyers' personas and buyers' journeys we aim to drive online traffic to our local markets websites via push and pull campaigns. By adding strategic sales and marketing processes, automation, and lead scoring, we are improving our business sales cycles by supplying sales teams with qualified leads who shortlist Randstad as a supplier. Ultimately this should lead to increased ROI by bringing the local knowledge and performance of sales enablement to a higher level.
your typical day includes
As a customer success manager for global sales enablement, you will be working on a high-profile, digital transformation program that aims to raise the floor and lift the ceiling with regard to sales and marketing automation within our company in general, and within our local markets in particular.
As we go into the year 2024, 20 local markets (and growing) are subscribing to our service, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day contact and, ultimately, the success of our local markets. You will drive the connection between the markets and the program and will be rolling out best practices for ongoing improvement. You will know the global strategy better than most but you will also know the local vision. Your role is to connect the two. On top of that, your role is to drive adoption and lead the program forward, this means following up on tasks, managing deadlines, and dividing responsibilities within the local teams, global teams, and external suppliers. You will support the local digital sales & marketing teams by creating a cross-functional team that drives business results.
You are a people person, who values communication and is excellent at stakeholder management and structural planning. You know tech and digital and are up to speed with product development. You are customer-focused and love to work in a fast-paced environment where driving change is central.
your responsibilities include
... - run and co-lead the ongoing program by building strong customer relationships and delivering client-centric solutions
- act as a trusted advisor to the markets and their management to drive program adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve agreed operational priorities, leading to full business value
- creates success plans in agreement with local leadership, by providing training, onboarding, project management, engagement, and customer feedback to ensure the best outcome for the global program
- partner with the content production team and the support agencies to run the program
- be responsible for the offshored paid campaign and translation capability being developed
- lead the onboarding process of new countries joining
- have excellent knowledge and expertise of the program and the supporting technology
- maintain healthy customer and supplier engagement levels
- balance multiple projects or workstreams to ensure progress is made
- communicate and engage with all levels within Randstad
key tasks
- project management and change management for global and local markets
- document all local markets' communication touch points to enable a constant status reporting structure
- maintain ongoing correspondence with market stakeholders to sustain activity levels
- regularly meet with markets to understand their needs
- plan, follow up, and drive tasks and requirements to meet deadlines & manage program boards (Trello/Jira, Google Drive)
