In this role you are a business-minded, hands-on enterprise Customer Success Manager who wants to join our team and take on the challenge to change the world of work. In your role, you will work closely with our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing the complete talent flow for dedicated customers, and you will be measured on the success of your customers.
What you’ll do?
- As a member of the customer success team, you will ensure the success of our largest enterprise clients.
- You will set up reports and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Your role includes measuring customer success through funnels and proactively implementing strategies to enhance client performance.
- You are accountable for meeting the agreed performance SLAs and delivering high-quality candidates to our clients in a timely manner.
- You will offer advice to clients on market trends and assist them in running successful programs.
- Building and expanding a relationship network, both internally and with clients, is essential.
- You will participate in management meetings to discuss client status.
- Additionally, you will carry out designated internal client management tasks.
- Manage complex questions and issues from users to support the organization effectively.
- Provide assistance for customer programs by addressing more complex, non-standardized issues.
- Monitor the support process and ensure the appropriate approach is taken.
- Support clients with expertise and advise them on SLA requirements.
- Deliver friendly and responsive assistance.
- Generate accurate reports for others by gathering data from various standard sources and inputting that information into standard formats.
What'll You Bring?
- Practically, you have already acquired work experience, ideally in the field of HR Tech as a customer success manager, account manager or delivery manager
- You have a strong command of English
- You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills and exhibit confidence when interacting with co-workers and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy
- Your work is detail oriented, efficient and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform
- Your approaches are markedly pragmatic and solution-oriented and you are able to work both on a team and independently
- You demonstrate strong analytical reasoning skills and contribute to team spirit through your curiosity and passion for new challenges
