About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Consultant to join our Global Talent Intelligence team. In this role, you will help drive compensation strategy by analyzing market trends, managing salary benchmarks, and providing data-driven compensation insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
... - Research market compensation data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Prepare detailed reports on salary benchmarks, bonus structures, and equity compensation trends
- Partner with client teams to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers
- Deliver comprehensive compensation analysis and consulting solutions for client organizations
- Monitor and report on compensation metrics, ensuring compliance with client policies and local regulations
- Help maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Develop compensation strategies and recommendations to client stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis
- Experience with market compensation data analysis and interpretation
- Understanding of various compensation components including base pay, bonuses, and equity
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of US labor laws and compensation practices
- Experience working in a global organization
- Familiarity with equity compensation concepts and practices
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
