As a Client Services Director, you will help us design and drive a world-class operations delivery to one of our biggest clients, an American multinational technology conglomerate headquartered in Redmond, Washington. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible to provide specialist recruitment services to our clients across APAC & NAM regions. You will serve as a key member of the leadership team and will collaborate widely with regional and global stakeholders, vice presidents of client delivery, HR leaders and clients.
What'll you do?
- Developing and managing processes for service delivery
- Acting as the main contact for clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing regional business operations - APAC/NAM
- Coaching onsite teams in a complex environment for timely delivery and productivity
- As Director, you’ll create strategies to meet client expectations based on SLAs.
- Also responsible for fostering a positive client relationship.
- Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for operational issues.
- Collaborate with Directors across various Lines of Business to set and meet expectations.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand recruitment needs and ensure appropriate resourcing strategies and forecasting align.
- Ensure the team meets internal and client KPIs and SLAs. Analyze SLAs and delivery costs to identify improvements in quality and productivity while meeting targets.
- Refine client processes, implement solutions to streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
- Develop accounts by upselling existing solutions and collaborating with Randstad colleagues.
- Manage project-based tasks and reporting to ensure smooth account operations. Prepare reports for effective management of information.
- Oversee financial and administrative processes per company policies for daily business management.
- Address escalated commercial and contractual issues according to company guidelines.
- Lead a team of Directors, Associate Directors, Sr. Managers, Managers, and Associates.
- Provide leadership and coaching to maximize team performance.
- Assess training needs to support personal development plans.
- Give regular constructive feedback to staff.
What'll you bring?
- 15-20 years in corporate roles, ideally in BPO/KPO/ITES/Recruitment Operations within a fast-paced environment. in a BPO or similar model.
- 8+ years in leadership. Skilled in leading change and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Able to engage in relevant conversations with leadership.
- Analytical mindset with change management experience.
- Strong knowledge of core processes and service delivery. Excellent consulting, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to learn. Demonstrates commercial acumen and client focus.
