We are looking for a Business Services Specialist/HR Admin Specialist to join one of our most supportive teams to deliver HR related administrative support to one of our biggest clients.
What you will do:
- Managing the full lifecycle of the employees including but not limited to; invoicing, integration error management, chasing and managing timesheets, reporting, and taking care of the incoming queries.
- Providing high quality and accurate administrative service.
- Invoice reconciliation – making sure that the invoices match between our and the client system. Finding the appearing issues and solving them for a smooth transition.
- Support an international account, working not just with your local colleagues but also with the on-site team.
- Timesheet management
- Managing the shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Performs standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for the principle and gives colleagues advice on the proper performance of departmental processes.
What we would like you to have:
- Fluency in English and minimum B1 or B2 level of German language skills.
- Experience in an administrative role or commercial support environment, preferably in staffing or recruitment industry.
- Application support experience and knowledge of a VMS or ATS tool is a plus.
- Good and active level of Excel user skills
- Fieldglass experience is a plus.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, precise, and well organized approach
- Motivated to learn new skills and come up with new ideas
- Good time management skill
- Good at working independently and as part of a team
