As a Business Services Specialist at Randstad Sourceright, you will play a key role in supporting the operational side of our client engagements within a dynamic and international team. You will contribute to the success of a fast-paced environment by managing critical administrative tasks related to contractor onboarding, work orders, time sheets, and job postings. This role involves direct support to customer programs, stakeholders, and a distributed team across the US and UK, with a unique position as the sole team member in Budapest.
What you will do:
- Identify client needs and requirements, advising them on the efficient use of products and services.
- Manage internal client relationships by carrying out prescribed activities and providing support to colleagues.
- Address complex user questions and issues to support the organization.
- Provide support for customer programs by handling complex, non-standardized issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, taking ownership for finding solutions.
- Facilitate the full candidate life-cycle, from onboarding (including guiding referrals through compliance) to off-boarding.
- Manage time sheets by proactively following up with candidates for submissions and hiring managers for approvals.
- Oversee work order management, including changes to cost codes and WBS codes, managing contract extensions, and facilitating offboarding.
- Monitor requisition stages within the job posting system.
- Generate accurate reports by collecting data from various sources and inputting it into different formats.
- Prepare reports and evaluations on delivered services and products.
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding the screening stage of new contractors.
