You will be joining the Randstad Enterprise Growth Office, which encompasses global enterprise sales, enterprise service designs, and customer acceleration teams. Our team is focused on creating a cohesive commercial operation across various areas including service design, bids, solution design, B2B marketing, talent marketing, customer success, and business intelligence. We take an intelligence-led approach to define our market position, create competitive advantages, and drive enterprise market share growth. You will specifically lead the EMEA RiseSmart bids team, managing a group of proposal specialists across EMEA and APAC.
What you will do:
- Lead a Bid Excellence team across EMEA and APAC, coaching and preparing them to deliver high-quality, client-centric proposals.
- Take the lead on complex bids that address client talent challenges.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams across RiseSmart EMEA and APAC to create compelling content, leveraging resources from across the Growth Office.
- Use your expertise in storyboarding, writing, and data-driven insights to develop proposals that demonstrate measurable impact and value for clients.
- Apply methodologies like Challenger or Story Brand to show why change is more beneficial than the status quo.
- Lead pursuit team workshops and mentor team members through bid excellence workshops.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the EMEA global head of sales, supporting engagement and communication for in-market sales teams.
What you will bring:
- Significant experience leading and coaching high-performing global teams, focusing on managing proposal specialists and end-to-end sales pursuit processes.
- In-depth understanding and experience in outplacement, career transition services, and/or coaching is essential
- Expertise in design thinking methodologies and the ability to facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong business writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in the English language is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Digital and data fluency, able to interpret market and client data to generate strategic insights.
- Understanding of the Challenger Sale methodology is a plus.
