For our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MSP administrator who will be supporting one of a major telecommunication company and join us in building the team for our new client.
The MSP administrator will work as part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to the hiring managers with their contingent / temporary and contract recruitment.
We are open for people with recruitment/administration background with good attention to detail and organization & prioritizing skills. Fluent German or French is required.
Role is remote from Switzerland.
You will be responsible for
- Supplier and hiring manager engagement activities
- Audits performance and report creation
- Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support
- Fulfillment process compliance and Vendor Management System administration
- Pre-employment onboarding support and tracking for Suppliers
- Collaboration on special projects
- Timely response to all client and supplier calls and/or communications
- Create process improvements/recommendations as needed
- Invoice drafts creation/presentation
- Other duties as assigned
